Key-notes of 20 years experience in supervison, coaching and psychotherapy with physicians.
Klaus Michael Fröhlich's was in leading position in ICU-medicine for 14 years, when his career was turned upside down by severe psychic and physical crisis. After a 2-years (non-scientific) sabbatical, he reentered medicine not as a clinician any more, but by supporting his
colleagues in copying their clinical life, by elevating awareness of self-care and resuscitating soul and spirit.
