Dear medical student!
Thank you for your interest in the Vienna Summer School on Oncology, 10.07 -23.07.2025! You can officially register for the Summer School 2025 from 2 September 2024. If you have already pre-registered, you will receive an email reminding you of the registration start date. To participate in the Summer School, please send the following documents to vsso@meduniwien.ac.at by 31 January 2025:
- CV.
- Letter of recommendation from your academic institution/one of your medical mentors.
- Video pitch to be considered for participation in the VSSO 2025. The video should be max. 1min. long and you can be as creative as you see fit.
Note: The deadline for submitting a complete application with all required documents is 31 January 2025, after which the selected participants will be informed about their admission!
The participation fee for the entire 2-week summer school is 700 euros and includes accommodation, breakfast and lunch during the event. The participation fee must be transferred within 7 days of confirmation.
We are planning to welcome 30-35 participants from all over the world and look forward to receiving your applications!

24 international participants, 16 countries, 10 days - at the Vienna International Summer School on Oncology not only lectures and hands-on workshops were on the agenda, the students from all over the world experienced much more in Vienna.
